N70 white screen HANG [FIXED]

troubleshooting:
tried to call "emergency number" but fails...
tried to power on without memory card or sim but phone still hang
tried to FLASH using HWK,mxkey,cyclone and atf but fails after crt backup "error APE"

actions:
reheat regulator and apply jumper....
(no need to remove any parts to avoid SIDE EFFECTS)

result:
FLASHing success... but not "full factory" after flash

LAST action taken..... reheat APE part (step 3)

NOW PHONE IS OK...
