I found the solution to this problem. I solved the problem of white display of my Nokia E63.
Do the following:
1) Switch Off the phone
2) Press and hold Green dial key + Star key[*] + 3 key [3] + Power ON key [Red], until phone get vibrate.
3) And just let it complete the boot process.
4) Your phone gets factory reset and all your data is gone.
